Why prices vary
Same treatment, different price
A front tooth has one root canal; a molar has three or four, so it takes longer and costs more. Filling prices depend on cavity size. An accurate quote is only possible after examination.
Paying in instalments
Longer treatments — braces, implants, multiple crowns — can be paid in stages across visits. Discuss the arrangement at the clinic.

Questions about cost
৳3,000–5,000 for a front tooth and ৳5,000–8,000 for a molar. A crown after the root canal is charged separately at ৳4,000–15,000.
No. This is a widespread misconception in Bangladesh. Scaling removes hardened plaque and calculus from the tooth surface only — no tooth structure is lost. Leaving calculus in place is what actually damages the gums.
A simple extraction is ৳500–1,500. An impacted wisdom tooth requiring surgical removal costs ৳3,000–8,000.
